Your honor graduates will shine during Commencement in distinguishing richly woven, knotted cords designating their special accomplishments. The gold and silver honor cords worn at graduation signify that the wearer has earned membership in the Alpha Upsilon Alpha Honor Society. Alpha Upsilon Alpha Honor Society honor cords are 2 woven cords (one gold and one silver, approximately ¼" diameter, 5 feet long, with 4" tassel ends) tied together with a single knot. AUA Chapters may order honor cord sets as mementos to pay tribute to their graduating members.
